This is another one I'm sneaking in from our 2012 trip that I forgot to post. Getting caught up finally!! Mohawk Lake is an awesome hike that we've done a few times now. Each time we do it, we seem to get a little bit further.
This is a 6-7 mile hike round trip, but the part just below Lower Mohawk Lake gets a little more difficult. There is an awesome waterfall on the way up and the old mining car is still hanging by the cables.
The view from Mohawk Lake is definitely hard to beat on this hike!
